All Mariposa candles are hand-poured using 100% refined soy wax, cotton wicks, and layered fragrance compositions crafted in small batches.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies by size — our standard candles burn for 70+ hours. Each product page lists the exact burn time.

Are your candles safe to use indoors?

Yes. Our candles are free from parabens, phthalates, and harmful additives. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and never leave unattended.

How should I store my candle?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid on when not in use to preserve the fragrance.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for updates to be notified.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pincodes.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that threshold.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view order status from your profile page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at info@mariposa-atelier.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

Are fragrance or sale items returnable?

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
